This event will be held during the Move Breathe Explore, Women’s Leadership Retreat On January 21st 2017 at the Nantasket Beach Resort.
Slow down your practice and heighten your senses in this hour-long yoga and meditation workshop. During the first half of the workshop participants will be guided through a slow, body-based-awareness asana. In the second half of the workshop, students will experience a sampling of guided meditations, including chitta and meta meditation as well as yoga nidra and ending with a sweet savanna. This workshop is perfect for new students as well as seasoned practitioners who are desiring to connect back in and really slow things down.
